The experience was so good. Near airport, near city center, because the hotel is located in the train station.

Avoid until the construction work has finished!

The hotel is good and the staff are absolutely lovely. It’s very clean and considering the building site it’s in, cannot be easy for the cleaning team.
Had I known what was going on outside the hotel I would never have booked a night here.
This is not a small construction site, it’s enormous!

The best part of this hotel is that it is right next to the train station. After a long day of traveling in Europe, you want to crash in your hotel room as soon as you get back. This station is right at the Chamartín main train and metro stations. Technically, you walk out of the hotel, and you are at the Madrid Chamartín station.
The hotel serves breakfast for an extra charge. They have a Starbucks coffee machine where you can pay and get your coffee, which is very useful if you need coffee to start your day.

Nice hotel with good transportation connections and nice breakfast. The hotel was too simple for a 4 star hotel, it should have been 3 stars.

This hotel was very nicely located right in the train station so it was easy to get up in the morning and get right to the train without having to take any public transportation. Check-in was nice and early too. I think it was at 1 PM. They were very helpful about storing my bag until check-in.
