Great option for travelers

Well located and excellent value for money. Everything very clean and very comfortable bunk beds. You have the option of storing your food in a refrigerator and you also have the option of a vending machine. The reception guys have helped me and guided me with good recommendations to know the most emblematic places in Madrid

Really bad customer care

They treat customers badly! I reserved by accident, contacted them after few minutes explaining the situation and they refuse to refund, which is not nice but they are not obliged to. I asked then if it was possible to come the day after, they answer of course, but you have to make another reservation and pay again.
