Toppppppppp!!!
Really a super nice and super clean hostel. I think it is worth a 4 star hotel. What a clean hotel and for the time of year very quiet and that right in the city and within walking distance of the beach. About 150 meters you will find free parking and the host is really super sweet and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the stay and we enjoyed the 3 wonderful nights.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They are absolute thieves! The hotel doesn’t even look like a decent, presentable hotel, and they charged us for our deposit for absolutely no valid reason!
Don’t go there if you don’t want to waste your time and money. It’s way too expensive for what you get. There are plenty of much better hotels in the center of Lloret de Mar. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!

Thieves! Please return our deposit to us
Avoid at all costs! We arrived on site with our reservation already paid for, without knowing that there was a deposit to be paid (information that needs to be looked for carefully). The hotel is trying to scam us and refuses to return our €200 deposit even though no material damage was found in the room. Their excuse: we had a friend over who was staying and working at a hotel nearby! That does not justify a full withholding of the deposit, and it is not written in the rules that this results in the loss of the entire deposit; it is not material damage according to the rules! It does not surprise me to see comments similar to ours! What a shame; I was staying with my aunt, a 50-year-old woman, and I simply asked my aunt if my girlfriend could come see me from time to time; nothing wrong with that, first time I have seen this in a hotel in Spain!

BED BUGS
BED BUGS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We booked this hotel for 5 nights, we had read in the reviews that there could be noise so we were prepared for it, but it exceeded our expectations.
The hotel's policy is: no noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, or else the security deposit (€200) will be kept. The room next to us screamed from 12:00 AM until 5:00 AM. People shouted in front of our door, KNOCKED on our door. No respect for the other hotel residents, but even then, that is not the staff's fault.
On the other hand, the fact that there are bed BUGS, that is their fault. They were on our bed and bit us all night long.
We contacted the hotel, they offered to change our room, we refused because who is to say there aren't bed bugs in the other rooms?
By calling Booking, the intermediary contacted the owner, who did not want to refund us and only wanted to change our room. We had to accept because we simply had no choice. We asked the intermediary Booking to contact the owner again to get us a refund for THE night (given the events, that seems like the least they could do), but the owner apparently "dug her heels in" because of our initial refusal (the room change) and no longer wanted to refund us for the night. It is ridiculous.
I think we could have also gotten upset about the fact that we were bitten all night. The owner is dishonest, and NOT understanding AT ALL. Getting offended when there are bed bugs in your hotel is just ridiculous.
We only got compensation from Booking of €25, nothing from the hotel except a room change.
The positive point, however: the man who was at the front desk was understanding and nice to us.
Hoping that this problem gets resolved for future guests. But good luck. It remains scandalous nonetheless. Avoid at all costs.

I advise against
I came to Lloret del mar in this hotel all these goods spend until I leave at the time I left the reception does not refund the deposit and pretext of claims to keep the sum knowing that I came as a couple and that I really only stayed in the room except to sleep seeing as we are tourists these people allow themselves to defraud us knowing that this is not a 5th star hotel I see no point in pretexting claims in the room saying that we stole things knowing that we ask to see surveillance cameras he refuses knowing that we are customer and that it is not appropriate to advance of you she accuses her persistence and blackmails my husband almost lost control but sava I strongly advise against their accommodation if you do not want to pass for pigeons my dear brother and sister French they are unprofessional and seeks that after the money
