Sad room.

Old-fashioned room, no hairdryer, no decoration in the room, very sad and the reception was distant.

Last stop of Camino in Lezama

This was booked for us by Santiago Ways as the last stop before Bilbao
It is in a very unattractive location with no facilities on site or near by.
There is a garden and green space around the property but it is surrounded by an industrial estate
The beds had plastic mattress covers , the bath had a big price of enamel missing and breakfast was nothing like shown on the photos here . It was very basic
We had to get a taxi to the nearest town for food as recommended by the hotel but the restaurant was not doing food that night and no other options . They did call the chef in especially which was very kind
It is more like a workman’s hostel rather than a nice place to stay

Avoid if at all possible!

This was the most inhospitable place we stayed in all of Europe. The owners are the only ones we saw, and they clearly do not like having guests. The woman particularly seems bent on making people's stay as inconvenient and uncomfortable as possible. It's a shame, as the building and grounds are very nice (except, as other reviews note, scarce amenities). But the people are cheap and rude.

Clean and quiet accommodation on The Camino. Beds need upgrading/replacement.

Very clean and remarkably quiet for being on approach to Bilbao airport. No hairdryers in rooms. No in-house or nearby restaurants if you are on foot (Uber available). Beds need new mattresses! Deep, uncomfortable ruts that prevent a good night's sleep. Set breakfast delivered to table, no variations. Coffee was excellent and individually prepared.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Arrived after a 30km walk along the Camino, looks beautiful from the outside……but we weren’t allowed plugs for the sinks or bath or bidet, breakfast was perfunctory at best at the coffee was terrible. The experience definitely does not match their website description..,,,
