Highly recommended.

Exquisite food.
Personalized and friendly service.
At the foot of the Cheste circuit.
It has its own parking area and many spaces for hosting events.

Very bad experience with my pet, very little empathy for the customer

Very bad experience.
On the way back to Valencia we were trapped for a long time in a huge traffic jam on the A-3, near Cheste, due to an accident. After remaining stuck in nearly 40 °C heat, we decided to exit the highway to eat and rest a little.
Since we were traveling with our Labrador dog, who is perfectly well-behaved, we assumed that she probably would not be able to enter the hotel. Therefore, our intention was simply to sit on the terrace to have some drinks and eat something.
My wife went into the cafeteria to order and, taking advantage of the fact that the terrace was completely empty, she kindly asked the manager if we could stay there with the dog. Our surprise was that not only did they forbid us from entering the interior (something we could understand), but they also prevented us from being on the terrace with her.
It seems incredible to us that, in the middle of 2026, an establishment does not allow a calm and well-behaved dog to stay on an outdoor terrace, especially in a situation like ours, with temperatures above 35 °C and without any other customer whom we could disturb.
In the end, we were only able to consume a one-liter bottle of water and, furthermore, we had to do it quickly because a waitress came out immediately to remind us, in a very rude manner, that we had to leave the terrace for having our dog with us.
As an additional detail, it is striking that the presence of a well-behaved dog is prohibited on a terrace while it was full of cigarette butts, something that conveys an image of poor cleanliness and little care for the space.
A very disappointing experience due to the lack of empathy and customer service. Certainly, we will not return.

Good hotel for transit

They are separate cottages with a spacious room. Small fridge available and a good shower. The beds are also good. If you have difficulty walking ask for a downstairs unit. You'll have to go up a flight of stairs and there's no handrail. The breakfast was reasonable. There is also a swimming pool.
The staff is friendly and helpful. But they speak almost no English, so a translation app is useful.
The car can be parked near the room (cottage)

I don't recommend it.

Cleanliness of the rooms very very poor (stained bedspread, unswept floor, cobwebs on the doors, smell of drain...) The hotel needs an urgent renovation or at least removal of the oxidized material. The breakfast buffet full of flies... And machine coffee. I wouldn't come back.
The restaurant part is fine, somewhat expensive, but eaten well.
The staff were very friendly.
