The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only downside for me was the body pillows instead of regular pillows. But the people we travelled with liked them. There was also 2 complementary bottles of water in the fridge. It has a wonderful rooftop patio with a view of the Sagrada Famiglia, which is about a 15 minute walk away. There are restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store and wonderful place to get pastries, sandwiches and coffee (Teixido) a 2 minute walk dune the street. They also have secure luggage lockers for use to store your luggage. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Money is being stolen !!!!!

In this hotel money has been stolen!!!! On the second day of our stay, €1000 was stolen from my friend's suitcase. The suitcase had been closed, and the only person who entered our room that morning was the housekeeping staff. We immediately informed the hotel management, expecting them to take the matter seriously. Unfortunately, they provided us with almost no information, did not offer any meaningful assistance, never apologized for what happened in their hotel, and made us feel as though our situation was not important. The staff also is rude!!Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I am completely disappointed. I would never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast needs improvement in quality of the food. Bacon was not cooked well- mostly soaked wet and not toasted and offered only one breakfast morning - following day, it was not available. Over cooked boiled eggs.

The staff were very helpful.
You can hear eveything going on in the next room and in the hall way.
Breakfast had limited choices - one day no coffee due to a broken coffee machine.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked which was very nice. Good location about a 12 minute walk to Sagrada Família. Many supermarkets nearby which was great. Good food options nearby as well. Could hear people talking in Nextdoor rooms. Did not try breakfast since there were many spots around.

Very good location
