Great surprise

We had great stay in this hotel, which was a bit of surprise given its rating. Comfortable room, great bed and good clean bathroom. Pillows can be better though.
Staff were professional, breakfast great.
Hotel was quiet and pleasant.
All in all, a great stay indeed.

Very good

The room was elegant, clean, great bed, green neighborhood and very good place to accommodated in Sibiu. Walk distance to the central area of the city.
Personal friendly and helpful.
Measures to prevent spread of covid 19 disease - ok.

We had view to a football stadium.
The breakfast was a really surprise
We had a lot to serve , a very good coffee. The staff was kindly and helpfull.

Good

The room: big enough, clean, facilities functioning well, except for wireless internet connection which is rather annoying. Personnel friendly and polite. Parking possible in front if you are lucky enough. Location: very nice and quiet surroundings, just at the entrance in the Sub Arini park. Decent price quality report. BUT: POOR BREAKFAST REGARDING QUALITY AND PRESENTATION. They accept vacation vouchers!

Poor staff services & questionable food validity

We’ve been there for a family event in the event room during weekend. The waiters proffesionalism was low. 4 family members who joined reported stomach problems after the event. No information from other invitees known.
