Okay place to stay for a few nights

The location was all right, and it was very cheap too. It's one of those quiet hostels, a place where you can wind down at the end of a long day. Definitely not a party hostel! Lighting was slightly dim, bathrooms and toilets were okay. The hostel helpdesk called a taxi for us as we had a bit of luggage.

Great value and location

I was lucky as the place was quiet so I had a dorm to myself. Staff friendly and place clean. Comfortable walk from Old Town and station. Very reasonably priced.
Just one precaution, access to the toilets and shower a bit steep for the not so agile.
Would recommend highly.

Muito limpo e organizado

O Kretan é um hostel a dois km de distância do centro de Bucharest. Os donos são pessoas agradáveis, o local é de muito bom gosto, com piso de madeira, camas muito limpas, e tem amarios para colocar itens de valor. Ótimo preço!

Günstig, sauber, freundliches Personal: kein 3-Sterne-Hotel, aber ordentliches Hostel

Problemlos innerhalb 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar, trotz halbwegs zentraler Lage ruhige Zimmer.
Die Mehrbettzimmer sind sauber, die Möbel in passablem Zustand, die Betten sind frisch bezogen, der Sanitärbereich ist von akzeptabler Qualität und ebenfalls sauber.
Das Personal ist freundlich und gibt sinnvolle Auskünfte.
Im Umkreis von einigen Hundert Metern um das Hostel sind diverse Kneipen und Restaurants zu finden: für einen günstigen Urlaub ist dieses Hostel eine gute Wahl.

Nettes Hostel

Netter Platz zum Übernachten. Gut zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt und dem Großen Park gelegen. Ruhig, sauber, sicher, nettes, hilfreiches Personal & dann noch günstig, Klare Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder...
