Perfect :)

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the location is perfect right in the city center. The hotel is very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with children. One of the highlights was the amazing rooftop terrace with an even more stunning view. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Good location, very nice room (suite) and extraordinarily good breakfast buffet

Located on a main road within walking distance of all attractions. The only negative point was the constant noise from Poser in the evening (but the hotel can't help it).
The reception and service at breakfast were very friendly.
We got as an upgrade a very large and beautiful suite with walk-in shower. In the room and bathroom was offered absolutely everything you could wish for. We also liked that there was a carafe in the room and a water dispenser in the hallway.
The breakfast buffet was unusually rich and of excellent quality. Very good bread, large selection of juices, scrambled eggs from real eggs (no egg powder!), ham to cut fresh from the leg, large selection of sausage cheeses, lots of fruit, grains of cereal etc.
We refrained from daily cleaning for environmental reasons, everything was very clean on arrival.

Average experience

Well, it’s an average hotel and does what it is supposed to do. Room was clean although I do not understand the use of wall to wall carpets in 2026. Missed some seating furniture in the room. Windows could not be opened. Breakfast was standard Accor. I asked for a simple 2 way outlet adapter or an extension cord upon arrival for my Cpap. They could not supply this so I went buying it myself. Staff was friendly. Will try something else next time.

Great experience

We just came back from Wroclaw. The hotel is very highly recommended not for one but for several reasons. First of all the warmth and professionalism of all staff, always ready to help, in particular Dominik and Aron at the reception really great guys. The breakfast was fully satisfactory for all tastes and plenty of many choices. The room was clean and big enough for our comfortable rest with a stunning view on the city centre, the position useful to reach all places of interest of the capital just walking. Me, my wife and my son want to express our sincere gratitudine to all of the staff of Mercure Centrum to have given us the possibility to live a lifetime experience of a great enjoyable holiday. THANK YOU FROM OUR HEARTS. Really a special place with special people.

An excellent hotel, adjacent to a shopping center. Very close to the center, or rather to the Market Square, as well as to the cathedral. The ideal place to stay to visit Wroclaw. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of sweet, savory, fruit, and drinks.
