Overall nice
Overall, our impression of the hotel is definitely positive. The rooms are genuinely spacious, fresh, and very pleasant.
Unfortunately, the quality of the housekeeping service leaves quite a lot to be desired. Despite staying at a five-star property, the service was basically limited to basic cleaning, changing towels, and making the bed. Even the glasses were not replaced. We also mentioned this to the reception, but unfortunately, the response was rather indifferent.
The food is tasty and varied, although the quantity was sometimes a little disappointing. There were occasions when, arriving for dinner around 4:30–5:30 PM, we found some of the food trays completely empty. This really shouldn’t happen in a five-star hotel.
On the positive side, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel grounds are nicely designed and well maintained, and the pool is clean and pleasant. The children’s area with the inflatable play equipment is a nice touch too.
Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially the spacious rooms, tasty food, friendly staff, and nicely arranged grounds. However, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the quality of housekeeping and keeping the food fully stocked throughout meal times.

Big dissapointment
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. The biggest disappointment was the food, which is far below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. Dinner is served until 7:00 p.m., but by around 6:20 p.m. basic side dishes were already gone, with guests waiting in line for them to be refilled. The meat was tough and unappetizing, and some dishes appeared to be reused in later meals. The children's buffet was almost identical to the adult buffet, even including cutlets with chili sauce. The menu was repetitive, and we were even served moldy cherries during our stay. By the end of our holiday, none of the three of us wanted to eat at the hotel anymore.
I don't expect an extensive selection of dishes, but I do expect fresh, tasty, good-quality food. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff seemed slow to replenish the buffet, and there was often a shortage of plates, bowls, and cutlery at breakfast. Instead of responding to guests' concerns, the staff gave the impression that they were ignoring the problems and pretending everything was fine.
It is disappointing that a 5-star hotel offers such a poor dining experience. We've had much better food in small guesthouses than here.

Disappointed with the hotel.
Linea Mare is not a ***** hotel for us.
The 28 m² standard room is acceptable. The hotel bar is too small.
We had half board. The selection is limited. At breakfast, there is no omelet (only available for an additional charge of 20 Zloty) and no fried eggs. The rolls are only thawed, not baked.

One day was already a real disappointment..
Our expectations for a 5-star hotel—after extensive travel expertise—
in Poland were extremely disappointing; the hotel room was okay, but the bathrobes and slippers were in children's sizes—even for adults. The bathroom emitted a chemically rotten smell, the parking costs 10.00 euros (40 zloty) per night extra, we had to make the extra children's bed ourselves (never experienced that before :( ), and the dining area has the charm of a train station hall. The selection of food is extremely limited and is refilled very slowly. Vegetarians and vegans are completely out of luck here, the table arrangement and atmosphere are not inviting, and it is super loud. The service cannot keep up with setting the tables, even though the room was half full. Unfortunately, very few service staff speak English or German here. The worst part, however, is the really bland and unappetizing food at the dinner buffet— even the simplest cream cakes or potatoes taste like nothing, and that is truly telling! Overall, just a very weak performance for a 5-star hotel—even in Poland!
