Very dirty
It was so dirty that I couldn't believe it!! I was asked to pay only in casch and I had to ask twice for an i voice. When I came to reception with room Pictures they just said ok, sorry, but the restaurant wasn't to much better. Better avoid this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Disgusting. Dirty rooms with wallpaper peeling off from water damage, dirty hallways, strong oil smell in hotel on every floor especially the top floor, dining hall full of dust, spider webs and dead bugs. Linens and towels old, scratchy, and smelled like oil. I could go on and on. I do not have one positive thing to say.

Terrible please avoid, it should be shut down
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. There was a mushroom growing in one room, cobwebs inside the wardrobes. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel and I decided that I was going to get my laundry done and I got my laundry back with stains in it and it smelled really bad. I’m extremely angry. When I went to complain the manner that the manager spoke to me in was disgusting.

So many contract breaches.. stay away
I was there for a big international event for which we were supposed to have exclusivity of the premises. Not only did we not have that, they had a wedding, then a baptism, but we later saw and learned that they breached the contract we had over and over again. I had good experience with the on-premise staff and I liked the food. But that's pretty much it.
Rooms were not ready when we arrived (until around 9pm for some), or simply not available for the first night (20 people had to sleep in pavillons) because they breached our exclusivity clause (among others).
My room was clearly not great, barely worth a 2* hotel.
Towards the end they even decided to up the disregard for their clients by calling the police, who came around and were wondering why they were called. Then they removed us access to the bar room, then the restaurant and *refused to serve breakfast to our group of more than 100 people on the last day*, all of those we had paid for and were guaranteed execution by our contract.
And because they didn't get us to pay more for things they were supposed to provide, they even called the next hotel we stayed at (because they changed our contract dates after it was signed) to warn them about us, saying we trashed the place (we didn't), etc. (spoiler alert: the second hotel was great and wants us again)
If you care at all about trust and having a good experience, I'd recommend you stay away.

Avoid this place!
Avoid this place! The hotel does criminal-like practices with double bookings and contact breaches.
We (a big group) were promised exclusivity on this location according to contract. The hotel violated this condition multiple times. First day there was a wedding, so we could not be in a big part of the building and the outside area. Second day there was a baptism with similar implications. On multiple occasions there were random people, including children, around and instead of sending them away (i.e. respecting the agreed exclusivity) they just blatantly served these people.
The rooms were not ready for check-in when we arrived, some rooms were ready as late as nine o’clock in the evening (!) instead of the promised early afternoon. Many common rooms were not cleaned from the previous group when we arrived and not even at the end of the day so out of misery we cleaned them ourselves. The advertised jacuzzi was not working and despite multiple reminders they did not repair it.
They closed off common rooms with our personal belongings still inside. They didn’t serve breakfast on the last day despite the agreement, like wtf.
The people at reception did not speak English or very, very poorly, which was very inconvenient. Even though they knew a long time in advance that a big international group would be attending they made no effort in making communication more convenient whatsoever.
My bed was in a bad condition. It would not surprise me if the mattress was more than 30 years old. I really can go on and on, but that’s a waste of my time. Avoid this place!
