Better than expected

After reading all the poor and negative reviews with regard to this hotel I was not looking forward to staying there. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. I don’t have any complaints. It was quite adequate for our 3 night stay. We only used the room for sleeping and showering.
We had room 1 which was located on the ground floor, outside entrance. The garden was very pretty and very comfortable for sitting out.

Good shops nearby.
Awful shower - squirting in 2 directions completely broken. & the shower holder was broken so had to hold the shower by hand.
Very uncomfortable bed. Would not stay here again.
Only perk was the location.
Curtains were completely see through. And radiator was broken.
