Scam artist company! Stay away

They informed me 5 days before arrival that they could not offer me the unit I booked on Airbnb due to maintenance. Instead they offered me to move to one of two far lower quality rooms for the same price. I told them I would like to cancel and get a refund.
They denied this and told me to do this through airbnb, but as they informed me of this just hours before the refund period ended and didn't get back to me on my refund request until a few days later this option was not available. So now i'm writing airbnb customer support trying to get my money back. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!
