Nice place to stay

Nice , new and clean hotel. Good location. Friendly staff.
The room is quite small.
We were on the 11th floor and had a nice view of the city.
Breakfast choices were average. More of the Filipino food.

Avoid. Better options.

Just generally poor. We used this hotel as a central hub as well travelled around a few islands with family and friends.
Two families refused to stay and changed hotels.
Food choice for breakfast ran short and slowly replaced, if at all.
The outside drains came through the Aircon units in multiple rooms.
Maintenance staff making noise outside rooms while we tried to sleep and unless you had a high level floor, outside traffic could still be heard.
Door staff were pleasant and helpful, but reception staff were not.
We paid a 1,000 pesto mandatory deposit, which was claimed we hadn't paid the following day.
The rooms were clean. Only positive.
This is my 3rd trip here and so many other better options with greater value for money.
Genuinely hope if others read this they look elsewhere and if the hotel customer care team do, they seriously review practices.

Stay clear of this hotel

Would stay clear of this hotel. Due to the current situation and qatar canceling my flights this hotel hasn't helped in anyway. Of the 6 hotels i have booked this is the only one that wont let me cancel it. It wont even let me cancel and loose my money they want to charge me a cancellation fee when I dont turn up to check in. I have told them my situation and it looks like this is a scam hotel. Stay clear

One night stay

It’s good for a quick overnight stay. It’s clean and staff are friendly but restaurant and bar shut at 9pm with no alternative, aircon unit so noisy all night- loud dripping sounds, was torturous. For a quick one night I would recommend though

Noisy, poorly insulated. Very moderate.

Very noisy stay. Overdue maintenance. Afrave.
