Friendly staff and helpful. Perfect location to get anywhere around the city center, that alone is worth the price to stay here. Easy to find, easy to get around, lots of options if you need some time from the city.

Destroyed stay in Oslo

Broken stay in Oslo when booking rooms at this hotel.
Room 521. Didn't look out when it came to maintenance. Abrasion on all surfaces, paint spots on the floor and scratches on walls, doors and plywood.

Although very basic, well appointed hotel. Very close to station and attractions. Rooms very comfy with excellent beds, black out blinds work well. There is quite a bit of street noise depending on room and floor but always travel with ear plugs so not personally a concern. Certainly represents good value for oslo

Probably one of the easiest hotels to check in and out of, an added bonus is the luggage store before and after check out which is extraordinarily helpful. It’s close to everything you could possibly want to do and in a great location relevant to cafes, bars, restaurants, the train station and local attractions. The room was excellent for how much it was and the staff were helpful when we asked for some extra towels. Will 100% stay here again or another one of the city box hotels in a different country.

They said they will clean the room every three days instead of daily, in order to save the environment/money. They did not clean my room at all throughout my stay. The bathroom door case had a lot of dents and generally the service did not match the price and the service agreed on booking.
