Avoid

Hotel cancelled on me last minute first time this has ever happened. Don’t trust this property to uphold any reservation and you risk the chance of not having a room. I stay over 200 nights a year this is the first time this has ever happened to me.

Bed bugs!

The location is good but that is all.
The place is under construction. Building work started at 7.00 a.m
My window was jammed open against the external scaffolding so the room could be accessed from outside.
There were bed bugs in my bed. I raised this with Management who did nothing about it.

Ouch

Warning: this is not a real hotel but more like an overpriced backpacker. The room was small, damp and uncomfortable, with a poor-quality bed. Access is complicated (several codes required) and there is no staff on site. At the moment, the building is under construction, causing noise. We had to cancel two nights, but no refund was provided.

Scam!

We were not allowed in at the agreed time, and no one answers the phone when we call. We had to wait a long time before we got any contact.
The room was dirty from the previous occupants. We are thrown out (we had booked 2 nights) and are even told to pay a "cleaning fee". We only had the room, and we don't smoke. We cleaned the room after ourselves before we left.

I did not read the mail from trip.com in advance, so can not find out the hostel and no password to enter. When I found it out, it had 5 diff pin code to enter diff. door, it is so complex. And no luggage store and hair dryer.
