Night away

Good hotel!
Located on a busy national road and therefore sometimes a bit noisy, but that makes sense.
Small but friendly team at reception and restaurant.
Spacious room (No. 40)
Good dinner and breakfast.
There are far worse Fletcher hotels than Rooland.

Errors are the fault of the customer, not fletcher.

Due to an error with fletcher, confirmation received but not in the computer with fletcher, no room ready
After a long wait I still got room, reluctantly. Then ask for restaurant but due to lack of staff no table available. Restaurant half empty.
When checking out whining about booking.
Rooms old and uncozy, breakfast fine.
Never again.

Reasonable hotel

Reasonable hotel, very nice and saturated room and bathroom, breakfast is extensive but the orange juice is like water with a tan.

Hospitality is lacking

Outdated hotel. Bad bed. Rude service. Food: varying good to moderate.
