Absolutely NOT recommended!

Totally ......... The cottage wasn't even cleaned. I don't think it's been months. Floor stuck, load of dust on the lamp, there was smoke inside, mold in the pans, a couch so stuck that it looked like Velcro, umbrella thrown behind the cottage and so on. In the end a cleaning lady did everything for an hour so only 18.00 could enter the house, my 4 year old son over the tours. Saturday we went out for a day as the restaurant and everything turned out to be closed, and left Sunday morning instead of Monday.

A fat 0 too nasty for words

Filthy decrepit park and cottage.
There was nothing but nothing clean. The mold was still in the pans, the bed was segregated, leaky and really too dirty for words. Have only been there 2 out of 4 days.

Booking canceled, but no refund.

We booked through the Secret Booking of Europarcs for New Year's Eve 2025/2026 and were assigned the Parc De Biesbosch. Since it could be seen from the website that all dining facilities would be closed during the trip (from December 29 to January 2, 2026), we revoked the travel contract.
EuroParcs promptly agreed to the cancellation, but as of today (May 2026), they have not refunded the travel price.

No quiet area

Located close to a highway without noise barrier, so 24 hours a day rush of cars.
Because we arrived a little later a checker came to the door in the evening who asked for my ID without any explanation or introduction. Appeared a little strange and rude.

Bad bad bad bad bad

What a mafia gang everything neatly in the picture but when you come it's a hell indoor pool and outdoor pool shut problems with pump house dirty cutlery dirty everything dirty when you go to reception there a couple of arrogant adolescents who think they can use the customer as sloof and their truth is also correct The mannegro of the park is a lumbering farmer not expert and uses his power position
