Decent hotel in a good location. My complaint is with check in and the failure of the property to do what they said they would. The day before our arrival, we confirmed there would be someone at the hotel when we arrived from the airport. Alas, we showed up in that confirmed timeframe to a locked front door, not even able to get into the property. Had it not been for a cleaner showing up to work and letting us in, we would have to wait out on the street even longer with our luggage. As it was, we wasted about an hour of our limited time in Amsterdam waiting, which colored our experience from the start. Staff had arranged AI responses to chat inquiries that we sent - in this case that was not helpful. Maybe the hotel could start arranging for an activated front door key and wifi access instructions to be sent earlier to avoid this for others.
Aside from this hiccup on the front end, if you don’t normally need things from hotel staff, this one is just fine once you’re checked in - walkable to transit and the Albert Cuyp market and easy to get to canals, museums, and the airport.

Very clean room with great en-suite!! Situated in a very quiet street alongside a canal. Within walking distance to shops and Metro station

The room was to small and we didn’t like to have the basin next to the bed we prefer to have basin in the bathroom because if you use the toilet you have to go outside the bathroom to wash your hands

Lovely hotel in a great location

Fabulous hotel in a great location.
We walked for miles during our stay and it was lovely to have this lovely hotel as our base.
It’s very well maintained and our room was beautifully presented with a lovely little balcony looking out over the bs k of the hotel.
Modern bathroom and fab shower!
The communal area is great for making coffee, and using the hotel’s facilities to make your own food. We made our breakfast in the morning after visiting the local Lidl nearby and sat and ate it in the lovely garden area outside.
The modern technology of using your mobile to access the outer and inner doors was great, no fuss with keys!!
Great market in nearby De Pijp area close by and lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.
We were made to feel very welcome and we would highly recommend the hotel for a break in beautiful Amsterdam

Very nice for a weekend away

The room was more spacious than expected. There was air conditioning which was very nice considering the hot weather. In the shower was soap of rituals present.
The hotel is located just outside the city center but with public transport (which is very easy to use) you are so there.
Finally, there was also free tea and coffee available in the hotel.
The only downside is that the rooms could get a refresher. This is because a nice amount is being asked and the wallpaper was coming off on some pieces.
The room was very hygienic.
