Booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds in each room and paid for it while booking and confirmed. When we got there the staff said they sold the room to someone else so the rooms i booked wasn't available for us. Since it was late and we were to tired to go look for another hotel, we had to settle for what was available and it did not meet what i paid for. These guys like to scam people knowing late at night no one is going to look for another hotel and they can make more money scamming people like this. I would highly recommend travelers not to choose this hotel for their accommodation. If you can look at other hotels near by. I will give 2 out of 10 for this hotel. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Mattress was in worse condition.When dollar rate was Rs 104 i was charged Rs 110 plus 4.5% on top as i used my credit card to pay . To be honest why would someone pay 4.5% when it is charged to them. Won't ever recommend this property to anyone in my life .

Least value for your money.

There is no toilet paper, soap, or towels. I asked for wifi but the connection is very very bad. Had to ask for a towel and got a towel with a lot of stains on it. Beds are very uncomfortable.
I had a young Nepali man knock on my door at night asking me for wifi. After I gave him the password he lurched towards the door and asked if he could hang out with me. I said no. To which he replied that he was lonely. I suppose at this price range it is to be expected there might be weird people staying at the hotel. I've paid less for better in a lot of Asia.

A cold shower and inattention await you

For what we paid, and among all the other options in Pokhara, this place was the dregs. You can find a comparable hotel for the same price, or hostel, for a fraction of the price that will at least provide you a shower with hot water. But don't worry, if you ask every day for a new room or to fix the shower they will come and bang the pipes, and walk away thinking it's been fixed. Don't expect any convenience you associate with the price of a Nepali hotel i.e., made beds or a decent breakfast. We asked for a small discount at the end, but were told to shove it. Skip this place and go for something better at the same price.
