Nice hotel in a good location that felt safe

Very friendly staff. Good quality cooked breakfast. Spacious room comfortable bed. Strong Wifi. Good amenities. Overall happy. Only complaint is the slow drainage of the basin, the shower door a bit loose hanging and hair dryer feels sticky.

A modern hotel in an ordinary town

We stayed 3 nights in an Atlantis Suite. It was spacious with comfortable beds and a comfortable couch (not a sofa bed) in the living room. A door separated the bedroom from the living area. There were 2 reverse cycle air-conditioning units which kept the rooms toasty warm during our cold nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion is that the door lock tongues need to be lubricated because we had to keep slamming our front door to shut it. We heard our neighbours doing the same thing. We were pleased with our hotel choice with the rooms and the secure parking

Rundown Room but Pleasant Enough Stay

The hotel is in downtown Walvis Bay and not a particularly far walk from the Esplanade. While the staff were truly excellent and very friendly, the room itself was in not the greatest condition. The closet door had significant damage to it from the entrance door constantly banging into it, the bathroom door was literally on a sliding track, and the toilet was right next to the door at an odd angle that made positioning very unusual. However, the worst part of the room was that the bed sheet had the remains of a significant blood stain on it, but I cannot be 100% sure. Aside from the room that seriously needs renovation, the breakfast was quite good.

Adequate for quick stop over

Situated in the heart of town, with stores very accessible, all within walking distance - Spar, Mugg and Bean, etc. It is a basic hotel, suitable for a few nights for business stayover. The staff were courteous and very helpful both at reception and in the dining area. Check in was fairly quick. Breakfast was fair. The chef was particularly gracious in grilling fish for me for lunch, and accommodating my pescatarian and vegetarian dietary needs. The rooms were spacious, hot water, clean sheets, and the noise was minimal. The hotel could benefit from being fumigated as there were crawling creatures in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall a good place for a quick business visit. The training venue was good - excellent wifi, seating, audio-visual superb with an assistant to help. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Swakopmund, a town well worth seeing.

Best experience ever.
