everything was just perfect

We had originally only booked for one night, but ultimately stayed three days longer. From the reception to the location and the staff to the meals, the wonderful views and the room – everything was just perfect

Horrible.

It was my only negative experience in Morocco.
Expensive hotel for the facilities it has, and especially for the Amadora reception, and unprofessional.
There was dinner at the hotel for outside people but for the guests nothing.
I ordered a taxi for the morning. They don't call taxis because they don't have the numbers.
The reception needs training, unhelpful, unfriendly and difficult communication

A good stay

This place could be 5 stars but unfortunately the location isn’t very good.
The staff were very professional.
I had to ask for an extra towel as they only supplied one.
The bed was large but unfortunately it must have had a plastic mattress protector which made for a sweaty sleep.
The bathroom was well appointed and had hairdryers and toiletries.
Breakfast was traditional Moroccan.
