Windfall.

Decent hotel in a very busy street. In the accompanying restaurant we could get very tasty tajines with chicken. The service of the drinks is sometimes very slow both in the restaurant and on the terrace.

Hotel with atmosphereless rooms, outdated.

Atmosphereless hotel 30 min walk from bustling old town. Rooms very outdated, not well clean and lack cozy Moroccan details. 3 rooms seen, all same condition. No small light, just big bright ceiling girl. Only advantage is mini fridge (although they are not clean) in the rooms and the clean pool with fine temperature to cool off. Breakfast is fine, but fresh fruit would be a nice healthy addition. Staff are trying very hard!
They are renovating so that some floors already look better, we have a real colorful Moroccan atmosphere, so hopefully the rooms will get some of this as well.

Unkempt and far from the center

There are probably 1000 better choices for a hotel in Marrakech: closer to the centre, cozier, nicer breakfast room, a running shower, a swimming pool you really want to swim in... But: the staff was friendly and it was mostly clean.

Bad

We were not at this hotel but we ate at the restaurant. Very slow service. We were just 2 female tourists among men, regulars. We realized we weren't well regarded. Bad looks, we "disturbed" limits the waiter whose smile is non-existent. Almost an hour to get two pancakes. A card very provided but not even half in service. They served men first, even the newest arrivals. Our feelings: we were not welcome. Not recommended.

Very nice hotel close to the center

Clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms were large, there was even a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Each room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Tasty dinners. I recommend. The hotel has a small swimming pool. There is a Carrefour store near the hotel
