An unforgettable experience

I visited the Hotel cause i Saw the reviews. I hope I will be back in the Summer Time. I saw its a good place for swimming pool and located in a nice garden.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in…avoid

Room was dated, service was unfriendly. No water in swimming pool. Shower/ bath was a death trap. I slipped getting out of the stupid designed shower and damaged the toilet in the process. I was charged 250 Euros by the hotel.

This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly and in the fall, so we could not enjoy the amazing mosaic pool. The young gentleman at the front desk was very sweet, professional and understanding, he helped us a lot, so special thanks to him. The price was very low and affordable for what you will get. Convenient location and airport was a 15 minutes drive. We would really love to come back, this place is a gem <3

TERRIBLE - NEVER AGAIN!

As soon as we arrived and were seated by the pool, we immediately encountered people arguing with the staff. We ignored it initially, but not long after, this continued with other clients. It seems that customers are NEVER RIGHT! The staff are screaming at clients. I tried to use the only table available by the pool to do some work on my laptop, and I was immediately asked to get up and move as this was a "director's table only". Will I ever come back? NEVER! Terrible service, terrible internet connection, not to mention that if you want to use the pool area, you need to pay 400 Lei (£20) extra, even if you are a resident at the hotel: EVERYBODY PAYS extra for the pool area. I have never encountered this setup, hotel residents having to pay extra to use the outside pool. All I can say is WELCOME TO MOLDOVA!
