I general it was good!! They need to change the pillows that are really uncomfortable! The first day I didn’t get sufficient hot water. Ofuro was great.

The hotel is cute but has LOUSY attention from your person are very rude! A pity.

The worst treatment that purism to receive from young Emanuel and the night supervisor is a rude one is called Carla. He gave us the worst rooms the air conditioning was not good, my parents did not fall in their room and offering us a “better room” led us to a smelling pipe. A very rude and high-handed woman. We have stayed my ch as many times in the hotel and had never lived this experience. These two people are very rude. We'll never stay here again. Too bad for the hotel.

Our stay was good, not excellent because even though in theory the hotel is fairly new, the rooms looks and feels old in various details. Example - the mirror looked fairly old. The walls outside had scraped paints. Overall the room felt over-weared (our coffeemaker was not working). A big complain about the pillows. We had to ask for standard ones. Did not like our standard room location since right outside we had two ugly door of hotel use, not utility. But again the ofuro service that we liked a lot last time was excellent still.

Everything was excellent and clean. Great staff and wonderful facilities. The internet, however, was pretty bad. Both the general one and the room-specific one. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything went well.
However the front desk lack a vit of knowledge about the perks of being a platinum memeber, aside from that everything went well
