Excellent location

Excellent location in the heart of Polanco, CDMX. I went alone to a concert at the National Auditorium and was able to walk from this hotel. Sober and modest. Clean and comfortable

Arrogant Manager, Unprepared Service to receive tourists.

The Service of the manager completely arrogant, does not know how to treat his guests, it seems that the guests owe him favors for hosting. I'll never go back to that hotel again.

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT! Very poor care

Lousy customer service, no parking or restaurant.
Mr. Hugo is very despot, he raises his voice and wants to be right. Please miss the opportunity to go

Hotel in a great safe neighborhood. Room was dated, but clean. Walking distance from shops and great restaurants.
