Bad experience

Poor location, you I was already going with the thought that it was a simple thing but when I arrived it was something worse than that, very disappointing, old hard mattresses facilities, there is minimal air conditioning that your fans put good air but No, it feels terrific full of old statues that at night it is scary anyway would not return.

Room not like in pictures hair in the sink and bath they took about 30 minutes to open the door because I get late nite I don't feel the price I pay for the service I got please do something about it

Horrible hotel

This hotel is horrible. We checked in late. They had no drinking water in the room. No air conditioning. No hot water. No place to find drinking water as they were closed and would not answer their phone. Loud party going on until 4AM. No wifi info in room. Two old thin towels. no bath mat. two tiny bars of soap. one tiny package of shampoo. no vending machines...all were broken. no way to contact anyone after hours. dirty room. dirty bathroom. Maybe deserving of 2 stars...maybe.

My only issue is that Trivago's promotional price was not respected. Pools and facilities in general are nice and well maintained. You need to specifically ask for room cleaning/resuply or it won't happen, but the staff is always very nice and helpful. Kids loved the place.
