I have been staying this hotel while every time travelling to Miri. Great location with easy to look for food and light grocery shopping nearby the hotel. The hotel offer guests gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities. However, the operating hours for this facilities from 10am to 6pm only, hopefully can extend longer hours for the guests convenience.

I was not expecting any much with this stay but it turns out a decent one. My only disappointment is the check-in process. The receptionist was somehow not good in welcoming guests. However, overall it was a decent and comfortable stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient place. Food courts, restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. Very spacious room.
But the water is not clear. It looks contaminated. I had the hesitation to get a shower. See attached picture. The ironing board was very dirty. It's full of stains. The TV operating system wasn't user friendly. It is difficult to use.
