Beautiful Resort, but Some Major Drawbacks
We stayed in a “Frame” room. The room itself was generally good and equipped with air conditioning. However, we felt much less comfortable in the bathroom. Especially at the beginning, the water had an unpleasant smell, the shower was partly dirty, and one part of it was not really usable. In our opinion, there is definitely room for improvement here.
When it comes to the food, a lot of it is fried. As a result, the restaurant area often smells strongly of frying oil, which can become quite unpleasant over time. The variety could also be better. Breakfast is ordered exclusively from a menu. Unfortunately, there is no fresh fruit or small buffet where you can simply help yourself. If you want something other than filter coffee, such as a cappuccino, you have to pay extra. During the day, we also missed having the option to grab some fruit or another small snack.
Another point of criticism is the service. Some members of staff are friendly and helpful, but overall we found the level of friendliness to vary considerably and there is definitely room for improvement.
Our biggest criticism, however, is the extremely long waiting time for food. It is not unusual to wait an hour or even longer for an order. Especially during a longer stay, this can become very frustrating.
Another thing to be aware of: as soon as you leave the resort or walk a little further along the beach, it can sometimes become uncomfortable. You are regularly approached by beach vendors, some of whom can be very persistent and do not immediately leave you alone even after a clear “no.” Of course, this is not directly the responsibility of the accommodation, but for us it sometimes significantly affected the enjoyment of exploring the area or simply taking a relaxing walk along the beach.
Conclusion: A genuinely beautiful and well-maintained resort with a great beach, clean pool, and generally good rooms. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to the food, waiting times, service, and especially the bathrooms.

Never again!
Very dirty room, pool table and games for children poorly maintained, dirty, and broken.
The food is good but the wait times are very long.
I would not recommend this property.
