Great hotel. Wonderful staff, especially Wasfi in Reception
Wonderful hotel. Attentive staff throughout. Wasfi in Reception was very helpful and his attention to hospitality was greatly appreciated by my wife and me.
We enjoyed the cognac old fashioned in the St. Regis Bar.

An Exceptional Experience at The St. Regis Amman
Our experience at The St. Regis Amman was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an extraordinary level of warmth, elegance, and genuine hospitality.
What makes this hotel truly special, however, is not only its beautiful setting or luxurious surroundings—it is the people.
From the security team at the entrance, to the reception staff, and throughout every department, we encountered nothing but kindness, professionalism, and sincere attention to detail. We were made to feel welcomed from the very first moment.
The teams at Tamara Restaurant and the breakfast restaurant deserve a very special mention. We had the pleasure of getting to know so many of them during our stay, and each person left a lasting impression. Their warmth and attentiveness went far beyond what one normally expects from a luxury hotel. They made us feel personally cared for and remembered.
The pool team and lifeguards were equally wonderful. They worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure guests were comfortable, from providing cold water and arranging umbrellas to helping create shade from the sun. Their attentiveness and willingness to help never went unnoticed.
I wish I could mention every single person by name, but that would be impossible. There are simply too many wonderful people to name. Every member of the team contributed something special to our experience.
Luxury is not only about beautiful rooms, impeccable surroundings, or exceptional facilities. True luxury is how a place makes you feel. And The St. Regis Amman made us feel welcomed, valued, and, most importantly, at home.

Great staff, great food, great accommodations
I recently had a fantastic stay at St. Regis where the accommodations, staff, and food were absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the wait staff, butlers team, to security who helped find wayward Talabat drivers, were extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic, and I never felt rushed no matter how busy the staff were. A special shout out to Mamoun, Abdullah, and Saed for keeping the coffee flowing and great food recommendations. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Would happily stay here again, 10/10.

Wonderful stay and breakfast at STREGISAMMAN
Although my stay at The St. Regis Amman was relatively short, it was filled with memorable moments and the level of luxury you would expect from such an iconic hotel.
From the moment I arrived, the Front Office team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist with anything I needed set a wonderful first impression.
I also had the opportunity to dine at Tamara Restaurant. The food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the overall dining experience was very enjoyable. If I could suggest one small area for improvement, it would be for the staff to have a deeper knowledge of the ingredients and preparation of each dish. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
The fitness center deserves special recognition. It was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The trainers were friendly, professional, and always available to help, making every workout a pleasure.
Without a doubt, breakfast at Mercado Restaurant was the highlight of my stay. I would like to sincerely thank the restaurant manager for building such an outstanding team. Every morning before heading to work, I enjoyed breakfast there, and the experience was consistently exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, genuinely polite, and demonstrated impressive professionalism and product knowledge. I was fortunate to be served by Saed, Omar, Hassan, and many other wonderful team members. Every single morning, one of them made sure I felt welcomed and well looked after. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care turned breakfast into something I looked forward to every day.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a great night’s sleep. If I could make one minor suggestion, it would be to consider using a different room fragrance in the future, as a more refined scent would further enhance the overall experience.
Overall, I had a truly enjoyable stay and left with wonderful memories. I would happily return to The St. Regis Amman and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and a luxurious experience in Amman.
