Enjoyed our Stay due to nice hotel, pleasant staff and excellent location

Arrived from Petra after a long journey by public minibus (which was involved in an accident - thankfully nobody hurt) so quite tired and were pleased at the location and friendliness of this hotel. As others stated a 3 minute walk from Rainbow Street but do check out streets North of Rainbow as you are in the old town and there the real non touristy character and prices can be experienced.
Big rooms; good bathroom, towels, TV that works! clothes hangers in the wardrobe and water available in the foyer. Also hot wter if you, (like my husband) carry your own T bags!
Foyer also nice to sit in; some books available to read; if you take one leave one, and a jewellary and local crafts display of items for sale.
The breakfast in the morning was standard Hotel breakfast you will experience throughout Jordan and the hot food item was scrambled eggs and a warm veg hotchpotch.
The staff were friendly, helpful and it is sad to see how few tourists were in the locality as each morning there were never more than 2 others at the breakfast buffet.
The price is good for the quality and location so book with confidence.

Cockroaches in the room!!

I'm just saying BLATTE. ENORMOUS BLATTES OF GHE CAME OUT OF THE TOILET DESPITE THE RECEPTION GUY SPRAYING PRODUCT FOR IT. Terrible for a two-star. I killed two of them but obviously I didn't snitch luckily I only stayed one night. Find better for the same price

Safe, home away from home in Jordanian motif.

From the outside main street side it is unassuming. However from their main entrance it is well decorated. The rooms are nice in size, with an home atmosphere with rooms grouped together to have family and friends in close proximity. The staff, Fady and Mousan,(forgive me if it's mispelled) were very personal and kind in making sure we were well taken care of. We will stay here again. We loved it!

Excellent Value & short Walk to key places

Excellent value. Stayed 7 nights and loved the way the setup facilitated community. AC was perfect and much needed in the 100 degree heat. It was a short walk to excellent shawarma as well as to downtown shopping district. Much to see and do nearby. The staff(and owners) were very willing to help. If you love antiques and buying the real middle eastern stuff (lamps, rings, mother of pearl and much much more) they are very much worth buying it there rather the Shops that sell cheap imitations. In fact go just to see the real stuff !

Anitka, the hotel and staff who care!!

The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Fadi and Musan are always smiling and asking if we need anything. Breakfast is just right... Always enough. Not a 5 star but everything we needed and more. Small, quaint and comfortable. Close to everything we needed. Perfectly quiet and comfortable. We will be back!!
