Great location and friendly and helpful staff

My most favorite capsule hotel that I've experienced in Japan. The best part was staff - very professional, friendly and helpful. My capsule was clean and comfortable. And I appreciate complimentary free drinks and toiletries. As I found out later, none of them are a standard at capsule hotels.
The hotel is just 10 min walk from Akihabara station, which is great.
One thing that could have been done better are lockers - the storage room is very small and once you take your luggage out, it's almost impossible for other people to use the locker room with you.
The other thing that could have been done differently is an elevator - it runs constantly and sometimes, a person needs to wait a bit to get on just to get 1 or 2 floors up to the bathroom floor, for example. It would be great to have an option of stairs.

An Awesome Capsule Hotel In Akihabara!

The hot tub/sauna was a great amenity for a capsule hotel and it would have been five stars if it wasn't for an attempted theft of my locker key by a fellow hotel guest that the staff didn't bother investigating when I told them in the front desk. Regardless, it's a good capsule hotel in a fun neighborhood of Japan.

Great capsule hotel

It was my first experience in a capsule hotel and it was really very satisfying. The bed is spacious with all the comforts. Nice common area with bathroom with hot water tub type onsen. Very helpful and friendly. The staff does not speak much English but you can understand each other and provide written instructions in English.

Wonderful experience.

My son and I were absolutely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and affordability of this property. We paid 5200 Yen (approx. $52 USD) each. So worth it. The security system is impressive. Literally everything you need, is available and included in cost. The next morning we wanted to leave our backpacks for the day and they have a closet in the lobby that allows you to do that. No issues or need to reserve for another night. Great great experience.
