It's comfortable.

I walked from Kudatake Station on the Senseki Line. It took less than 10 minutes to get there. There were many restaurants. I chose a plan that included dinner and breakfast, which was great. I don't like buffets, so I like the set meal format. The building smells great, and the hallways are bright and clean. The windows in the rooms open and the air conditioning is powerful. It's next to the train tracks, so you can hear the trains, but other than that it was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. There's a convenience store across the street and three coin laundry machines, so it's convenient.

線路脇ですが館内はキレイで静かです。

東仙台駅から歩いて10分くらいです。部屋は十分な広さです。バスルームもシャワーなら問題なし。歩いてすぐにコンビニがあります。部屋は掃除が行き届いてますが館内はどこもキレイでした。これは驚きです。コインランドリーも３つあります。線路脇なので窓を開けると踏み切りと電車の音は聞こえますが館内はすごく静かです。朝食はお膳形式でおいしかったです。

普通のビジネスホテルです。

1人で利用しました。部屋や施設は、古さは感じますが特別利用しづらいことはありませんでした。
スタッフも普通の方です。食堂は、自動車学校の食堂のようでしたが、嫌な思いはしませんでした。
朝食付きで値段も安く泊まれたので、このクオリティで満足です。

まずまず。

東仙台駅から少し歩くのが難点。
ただ、周辺に飲食店やコンビニがあるので、不便さはありません。
近くに線路があるが、疲れていてすぐに寝てしまったせいもあり、音についてはよくわからなかったです。
ホテル近くに川というか小川が流れており、フナがいます。
餌もやれるみたいで、家族連れが餌をあげていました。
小さな子供とかは喜びそうです。
また、渡り廊下には鉄道の写真やグッズなどが飾ってあるので、鉄道好きな方は楽しめるかもしれません。

多分二度と利用しません。

サッカー観戦で、スタジアムまでの送迎プランがあったので利用しました。仙台駅前に泊まってシャトルバス利用という方法もあったのですが混雑を考えるとこちらが便利かなと思い、予約しました。スタッフの対応は親切で感じもよかったです。送迎の運転手さん達も家族的で好感がもてました。送迎プランも便利で、利用してよかったです。・・・が、部屋の設備(お風呂やトイレ)が古くてやや清潔感に欠けること、線路沿いにあるため踏み切りの音がひっきりなしでうるさくて寝られない、食事の場所がまるで学食？っていう感じで、とくに食堂のおばさんはもう少し教育された方がよいのでは？
この日は多分宿泊数も多く、忙しかったのでしょうが、余裕がない感じがありありでセルフのコーヒー、ご飯は無くなってもお客さんに言われるまで気づかないあげく聞こえよがしに「今日は若い人が多いからご飯の減りが早いね」などと言っている始末。洋食のパンの人も一回一回「おかわりください」って立っていかなきゃなくて気まずい感じ。
７０００円でこれなら駅前のキレイなホテルでビュッフェ付き５０００円程度があったのでシャトルバスでも良かったかなと思いました。ホテルのスタッフさんは親切でしたが次回は多分利用しないと思います。
