Pro’s- Amenities were great, had a fireplace that was used everyday. The shuttle service they provide is also great, if you needed to go anywhere just give them a call and they will be there.
Con’s- The stink bug infestation. So I heard reviews

Fantastic visit!

We loved our stay at Villa Rusutsu. Our two-bedroom cabin with fireplace, soaking tub and comfy beds was spacious and luxurious. It was quiet, lovely and warm with heated floors. The breakfast was substantial and fueled us for our days of skiing. Moreover, the staff were extremely helpful and kind (Megan went above and beyond by delivering honey and lemon from the kitchen when I was sick with a terrible cough!). They helped us with recommendations and made reservations for us, which we really appreciated. And the fact that they provide transportation for guests to and from the ski rental shop, the lifts, and restaurants, made everything easy and relaxing.

The chalet was great, cosy and warm. The underfloor heating was very nice. Food was great. The Chabu Chabu and Sukiyaki were very tasty. The breakfast buffet was very good. The potatoes were a hit. The shuttle van was very convenient and efficient.
The staff were really great, super nice and helpful. Special shout out to the Chef for the great food and Angela and Megan for all the help and the van driving.
We had a fantastic stay. Thank you and Merry Christmas
