Loved the large bath, beautiful breakfast buffet, very comfortable bed, overall excellent hotel. If in the future please consider putting a desk and a chair for work , instead of the current furniture.

Excellent hotel

We stayed at this hotel for three days while in Kyoto. It is a close walk to the train station and lots of shops. We also enjoyed the proximity to bus stations as we traveled by both. Coming from the US we found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The amenities were plentiful - beds were comfy.

good location, very good breakfast, english-speaking staff, Euro-style

We were spending a few extra days on the front-end of a Japan cruise to check out Osaka and surrounding cities. We felt Osaka was a good base to visit Kyoto/Kobe. This hotel was located centrally, but was 3-4 miles away from Shin-Osaka station. The hotel strikes a balance between trendy and efficient. The rooms are small, but they all are in this neck of the woods. We went with two twin beds to avoid crowding in a smaller queen. We joked that the room was likely to be smaller than the suite we would have on the cruise. Otherwise, the room was fine. Strong A/C, no view out the window. The breakfast buffet had some western options and a bunch of local things to try….you won’t go hungry. The location was good with respect to places to eat and local mini-marts. The hotel worked perfectly for us for the three days we were there. Recommended

room size was small in japan fashion but we made it work with 3 suitcases, room was very clean! Staff lovely and the free toiletries in the lobby were a lovely touch, location also good around 8-10 mins from the nearest station. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
