1) Failure of Essential Facilities: During our stay, there was no hot water available. Despite following the instructions and attempting to engage the hot water system multiple times, the unit remained non-functional. This was particularly distressing as it was midnight and I was traveling with my elderly mother, who was unwell at the time and required basic comforts that the property failed to provide.
2) Negligent Communication: The check-in process was highly unorganized. We did not receive any check-in instructions or the necessary access codes until three hours before our scheduled arrival. This lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty during our travels.
