かに三昧

兵庫の日本海側、香美町のはまかぜ荘さんです。
松葉蟹で有名な地方ですが、この季節にたべられるとは知りませんでした。
聞けば、旬というより、禁漁の期間によって食べられない季節もあるということでした。
生でよし、焼いてよし、茹でてよし。
季節も長いのですから、ぜひまたりようしたいですね。
温泉もいいし、日本海の景色もすばらしかったです。
