Romantic and cultural weekend
I chose this location due to its proximity to Mantua.
Located in a very quiet village and an excellent base for those who love tranquility.
The room was very clean, furnished in a modern style with a very comfortable bed.
Check in and check out are all done online. Excellent solution for those who want to have privacy from the beginning to the end of a trip.
Breakfast is taken independently in the room.
You will find coffee, tea, biscuits, nutella, jam, etc. all packaged, of course. There is a fridge, for milk, yogurt and juice.
Nearby you can find excellent places to dine.
Convenient parking in front of the b&b.
If I were to return I would still choose emotions and relaxation.

Nightmare stay
The only positive thing was leaving the next morning.
I stayed at this establishment for work, and to say "stayed" is already too much: I didn't even touch the bed.
I spent the night sitting at the table in the room because, from one to five in the morning, I saw at least six cockroaches.
And no, we are not talking about "it can happen." One can be a coincidence, but six are a clear sign of a serious hygiene and maintenance problem.
The host's response was surreal, almost comical:
"Unfortunately, in Mantova, it is like this when the seasons change."
It's a pity that cockroaches exist everywhere, but so do cleanliness, pest control, and care for the environment.
The room was dirty: dust, cobwebs, spiders in the corners, limescale in the tub, and crusted shower seals. A general feeling of dirtiness and total neglect.
The worst part, however, was the complete absence of assistance.
During the night, I tried to contact the host without receiving a response. He was rightly sleeping. Something I would have liked to do as well. :)
The next day, however, there was no solution, no offer of a refund, and no real apology, just justifications.
In my subsequent message, in an attempt to resolve the situation privately, I never received a response. That is why I have no problem publishing this review along with photos.
Perhaps you may wonder why I did not leave:
unfortunately, I was not driving and therefore I was stuck there.
At 5 in the morning, after yet another sighting, I preferred to wait outside in the cold rather than stay inside any longer.
The problem is not just the insects, but the way such a situation is managed: superficiality, zero professionalism, and total indifference towards the guests.
I also add that the owner continues to make excuses in the face of the evidence and accuses me of complaining only to obtain a refund.
Spoiler: the stay was paid for by my company, so I care absolutely less than zero about the refund. :)

A B&B all in all not bad
Location: located a few kilometers from Mantua, in Pietole, we chose this B & B because of the possibility of being used as a foothold while ensuring more tranquility and less problems related to being rented in the city. It is necessary to use your own means to get to the city but the relative distance does not create problems. Vote 7
The structure and the room: The structure has a small private parking located right in front of the entrance that allows you to leave, and have, your car always under control. Room is clean and kept in good condition, spacious and clean bathroom: rating 7
Breakfast: I expected better, rather bare and with products of medium to low quality. There were 2 croissants in the bag (so not artisan), 2 yogurt, honey, jam, Nutella, coffee machine, milk, kettle (but tea in the room?): Vote 5-
Services: Check in and check out are all done online via WApp, an unusual but functional procedure. For the rest being a B&B nothing to highlight: vote 6
The overall grade is more than enough I would say a 6.5

1 night near Mantova
We stayed 1 night in this B&B. Room Is very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The location is not great if you don’t have a car. The breakfast is supermarket croissants and old butter and yogurt in the fridge. If you plan on staying here please count on waking up and going to a nearby cafe for coffee. The owner is not always available and we had to coordinate paying on his schedule.

Viste le vostre esigenze dovete scegliere un hotel a 4 stelle lusso perché con i prezzi del beb non avete la reception, noi diamo. Il. Massimo mo in termini di pulizia camere spaziose e confort in camera tra cui anche la macchinetta del caffè e il frigobar

Vacanza rovinata!!
Purtroppo mi trovo a dover recensire ESTREMAMENTE negativamente questa struttura e soprattutto il suo proprietario. Dopo averlo chiamato in mattinata per avere alcune informazioni relative alla camera (una suite con idromassaggio prenotata come regalo prima di Natale, quindi oltre un mese fa), arriviamo alla struttura intorno alle 17 e troviamo il proprietario all’ingresso che parla con altri suoi compaesani napoletani. Ci dice di aspettare perché accompagnerà i signori alla camera e poi si occuperà di noi. Dopo un’attesa al freddo di oltre mezz’ora, arriva dicendoci che purtroppo é desolato ma “ha dovuto dare via la nostra camera” ma che se vogliamo ha una “bellissima” matrimoniale standard libera (una camera normalissima quindi e ben lontana dalla camera prenotata e pagata) e che se accettiamo ci offrirà la cena nel suo ristorante adiacente la struttura. Ci ha rovinato la vacanza!!Ho chiamato anche Booking.com per avere un riscontro in merito e loro mettendomi in attesa provavano a chiamarlo al telefono e lui, nonostante fosse lì davanti ai nostri occhi non rispondeva volutamente alle loro chiamate!!imbarazzante e inaccettabile!!!!evitatelo assolutamente se non volete avere sorprese!!
