Super good!

We stayed here for 3 days & we had a super nice experience. We had the standard room. Every day it was completely cleaned up. A very good breakfast, super friendly people.

Good but be careful

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is very beautiful and the location near some beach clubs is convenient. The breakfast is excellent, especially a wide selection of delicious cakes.
However, I am sorry to have to say that the staff was very dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. We had booked dinner for Ferragosto and, once we arrived on the rooftop, the waiter told us that, while waiting for dinner, if we wanted, we could take some small pizzas/single-portion items of various types that were on the table at the entrance (and which were basically leftovers from the aperitif that previous customers had had) and we accepted. The waiter had not warned us that there was a cost for that, namely 20 euros per person. We found out on the day of payment.

Amazing hotel, Rosalba the owner is dedicated to her guests . They give you the best hospitality and the premises are clean comfortable and nice . I totally recommend this hotel for your stay in Sorrento

Toxic management, disrespectful treatment, and a complete lack of customer service. Appalling attitude of the “boss”

Stayed at this property, and while the physical hotel itself has potential, the entire experience was completely ruined by the appalling attitude of the General Manager/“boss”.
From the moment we interacted, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly lacking in basic hospitality skills. Instead of treating paying guests with respect, she treated us with blatant condescension-as we didn’t deserve their time or basic courtesy. A hotel culture starts at the top, it is clear why the service here feels so cold. If the management views paying customers as a nuisance rather than valued guests, they are in the wrong industry.
Pros: Location and the other staff was decent
Cons: Toxic management, disrespectful treatment, and a complete lack of customer service.
I will not be returning, and I’ll spend somewhere where management actually understands the concept of hospitality.
