Nice location but be careful

I stayed only one day in this hotel.
The best thing is the location, which I place a lot of importance on.
I found the bar staff to be professional and empathetic.
The room was a bit small but equipped with everything necessary.
Sufficient cleanliness.
Breakfast was almost sufficient but one can overlook it given the beautiful terrace.
Why do I only give 2 stars?
I was disappointed by one thing:
Honestly, the website does not clearly state whether the beach is included or not.
When in doubt before booking, I called and was confirmed that it was included.
To confirm this, upon arrival, a girl from the reception accompanied me to the sunbeds without asking me anything, indicating which one was mine!
The sad surprise is that when it came time to pay, I was told that the beach was not included. I did not want to make a fuss because my stay was for one day, but if I had booked for 7 days, it would have been quite a blow.
I had the feeling that there was a competitive price online to attract customers, and with this unexpected move, I was disappointed.

Hotel on the beach.

Hotel by the sea, convenient to everything, with parking and beach umbrella included in the rate. Very important, they accept pets. Carlotta at the customer reception deserves 5 stars.

Paradisiacal.

High professionalism without losing the human touch. Feeling at home.
From check-in, perfect but not cold welcome.
A trivial request for an extra pillow...
Provided immediately.
Extremely kind staff.
It is always a see you later.

A total disappointment

I phoned to book two days in June. I asked if I should do it on the website and I was told that it was also fine on the phone. After writing down my details, the lady on the phone, who was also courteous, told me that she would shortly send me an email with all the info. In case of acceptance by me and by bank transfer would have assigned me the two rooms I wanted to book. After a few hours I called again and the same lady told me that just then they were preparing my quote. To date after a day I have not received anything either the email or the phone. Sorry to be teased for no reason. I was years ago their guest and I had a great time. Maybe management will have changed. Too bad!
