The place hotel asked us to stay was in different then the hotel address, NO friendly attitude, i did not like this place , unfortunately!

The place is old and rundown. I couldn't get comfortable in bed because you can feel the springs from the mattress. The balding clerk with the brown hair and glass argued with me when I told him I didn't know Bout their policy of leaving the key at the front desk when guest go out. It's ridiculous rule. He called me a liar and said they told me. The staff actually never informed me about leaving the key at the front desk when hoing out. Nevertheless, the desk clerk verbally harrassed me.

Excelent customer service from Mirko( front desk) and Lourdes from the breakfast lounge. Very friendly staff . Convenient location .
