Great stay option

Great place to stay. The service from Sara and the staff was excellent. All right, clean, hot water, first quality rooms, refrigerator and well secure the place. Close to Termini Station and good restaurants. I like it too much.

A very good deal in Rome.

Basic, but very nice. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, like a lot of neighborhoods around train stations are, but it’s not dangerous, and it is very convenient to the heart of Rome. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a shared kitchen/dining area with a sofa. The only drawback to this is that you can hear people in the common area quite clearly, so if people come in late while you are sleeping, it can be a bit distracting. However, I would be hard pressed to find a place this inexpensive and nice so close to both the train station and to the center of Rome. If we come back, we might see about getting the family together, and renting all three rooms.

Ottima Location a due passi da Termini

Ottima location a due passi dalla stazione Roma Termini. il proprietario è stato molto disponibile a offrire un servizio curato e attento alle esigenze dei viaggiatori. Stanza pulita e con tutti i comfort.
Molto consigliato per coppie e amici.

Prenotato all'ultimo momento : una piacevole sorpresa

Molto accogliente pulito e con a disposizione una buona varietà tra merendine fette biscottate marmellate tè caffè succhi in una cucina condivisa nel bel salone arredato con gusto e una cura certosina dei particolari .
La persona che ci ha accolto molto simpatica e cordiale si è premurato anche nel trovarci il parcheggio .
La camera e il bagno arredati con la stessa cura di tutto il resto dell'appartamento .

Appartamento fantastico , super accoglienza, arredamento di gusto , colori azzeccati, tutto perfetto.
Bagno tipo spa, mega TV . Luogo abbastanza silenzioso e vicino alla metro' ., Locali e ristoranti sotto casa.
