I don't think I will choose this hotel again

Upon arrival at the reception, I was not greeted kindly, especially when I pointed out that my room had very dirty windows.

Very poor value for money; the staff at the reception were on the verge of rudeness; avoid this place.

Avoid this place; the worst value for money in PRATO; the staff were on the verge of rudeness; stay away!!!!

Avoid this hotel

Very disappointed with our stay. We were part of a group tour, and around 90% of our group shared the same negative experience.
The bathroom had visible mould, the room was dirty, and the sofa was stained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the breakfast was cold and unappetising. Despite multiple complaints from our group, nothing improved the following day.
Would not recommend this hotel – best to avoid

Don’t be put off

This hotel was fine to stay at while attending a course in Prato. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but although the building is old and smells strongly of air freshener, no complaints about room size (superior room), cleanliness or any other issues. The staff at hotel breakfast were friendly - there is a separate dining area for guests on tours. There is a supermarket (Coop) across the road and a bus (2+) just outside which goes to the railway station to connect to Florence. Hotel choices are limited in Prato and I would stay here again.
