Great place even though we stayed for a very short night because of an early flight, but they made it very easy and fast for us to check in and out!

It was not really good

We did not think it was really good.
It was quite loud inside and in front of the building.
The reception was barely staffed.
The breakfast was okay.
The janitors or construction workers came to the breakfast buffet in the morning and took the mini croissants out with their hands as they walked by.
That was not exactly appetizing..

The hotel was cheap, and maybe I just got what I paid for, but based on the reviews, I thought it would be better. The surroundings are beautiful, and the restaurant is good, but the hotel felt more like a hospital hotel or a dormitory than a hotel. One of our rooms smelled of chlorine, and everything in the hallways and canteen was like in a hospital. The breakfast was awful.

Go for the restaurant but don't sleep in this hotel more basic than a 2-star

the hotel is built like a motel, the receptionist does not tell guests when handing over the keys that it is impossible to access the room from the outside but only from the inside, travelers go around the building to find the room and then return to the reception. You receive 2 keys because the reception is more often closed than open, the opening hours are different from one website to another. The room is tiny, with no closed wardrobe or fridge, poor quality liquid soap in the bathroom and a holed bath sheet. The worst thing is that on May 1st the air conditioning had not yet been turned on (it is clearly visible in the photos), it was 28 degrees in the room. no excuse or cold drink offered, it had to be bought in the automaton. The water bottle offered in the room was obviously hot. No window, the only possibility open the door on the parking lot, in 3 hours the temperature dropped to 27°. But to go to the restaurant located 100 meters away (don't forget your umbrella if it rains) it is dangerous to leave the door of the room open because the estate located along a national road 4 strips is not secure, anyone can enter. Will you sleep with the door to the parking lot wide open? The small buffet at the pdj, in the hotel, is industrial type.

OK stopover hotel but not fantastic

The location of the hotel is easy to access and allows you to quickly visit the surrounding areas, including Lake Maggiore.
The hotel overlooks a small pond, and is quiet
The rooms have no windows and the opaque glass door lets the heat escape. Air conditioning is not a useless piece of equipment.
The breakfast room is not air-conditioned and is very noisy due to the equipment present (vending machine, refrigerated display). Attention soluble coffee only,
The adjoining restaurant is nice and decent, also on price.
The bedding is very good and allows you to have a good night's sleep.
