A good base to reach several destinations. The place is quite comfortable considering a real farmhouse.

The structure is an old, well-maintained farmhouse with original furnishings or those that recall the style. It is not a modern structure that passes itself off as a farmhouse but a real country farmhouse.
Room 21 was very spacious with a double bed and we had a single bed added.
For access the keys are provided to be free on timetables.
Parking is inside the property.
Breakfast in the morning of all kinds and with homemade products, excellent cakes and fruit tarts, you are spoiled for choice.
The wifi wasn't working very well but it wasn't our need, the bed and breakfast function was satisfied.
There are two things that make the stay less comfortable.
First the bathroom with bathtub and not very modern fixtures, the bathtub is risky to get out of and risks slipping, the need to redo the bathrooms was suggested by several voices.
Second point, put mosquito nets, as it is a countryside area it is almost impossible to keep the windows open without starting the war on mosquitoes.
The room is equipped with an air conditioner but the temperature between 20-25 degrees did not require that and in any case the air needs to be changed.

At the Roll

Rustic style farmhouse located in a peripheral position in a very small hamlet with very few inhabitants, decidedly welcoming and well managed, ideal for spending moments of pure relaxation. Definitely high quality breakfast with typical food

Una notte in relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte perché eravamo di passaggio, trovato su internet ma prenotato tramite chiamata, il titolare molto cordiale e gentile, arrivati la sera, chiesto consiglio per andare a cena e molto gentilmente ci ha indicato un posto dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene (come se fossimo a mangiare dalla nonna) poi abbiamo dormito; posto molto silenzioso,stanza molto ampia, doccia perfettamente funzionante. Poi la mattina ci ha accolto con una colazione tutta fatta in casa (focaccia, torte,muffin, tortini..). Tutto questo in un posto molto bello antico ma.pukitissimo è tenuto divinamente. Consigliato!

Bellissimo B & B

Al Rol è a 20 minuti d"auto da Palmanova e in una posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni o come per noi la soluzione ottimale quale tappa per il viaggio in Slovenia .Ambiente molto curato, pulito, silenzioso, camera ampia con arredo d'epoca, wifi, aria condizionata e ventilatore, buona colazione semplice e prezzo molto competitivo. È stato un piacere parlare con il gestore delle rispettive esperienze di viaggio e di vita. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui anche per più giorni se vi è possibile.
