If you drive a car to get there, this place is not best choice. Check in process is complicated and need to leave car far away to get parking location. Also go up one floor with baggage using stairs, no elevator available. Room look like new and bed very comfortable. Location is very good (if you do not drive to get there)

Our room had a bad smell and air conditioning kept turning off by itself during the night. It was extremely hot!
There is no access via elevator. So with my wife’s heavy suitcase, you had to carry it up a full of stairs.
When I asked to please be refunded for one of my three nights as we were sweating with no air conditioning, they said they would get back to me. After getting no response, I wrote a second time. And they never responded to my second communication either.
Highly unprofessional.
I absolutely would not recommend this property!

Everything is fine; what is advertised is what you get. What isn't mentioned is that it's not a hotel as such—it's more like an Airbnb. There is no elevator to the floor. They really should specify this on the website and in their profile. But everything else is perfect.

The staff at the property were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was the room @ times smelled like sewer. It was a good spot for a few days to visit Cinque Terre.
