Perfect.
The Hotel is located in a strategic position a step away from the seafront, a step away from the center of Giulianova Lido and 10 minutes from the station. For years I frequent it and I have always stayed in comfortable, clean rooms, with all comforts. The kindness of the owner and his staff is a guarantee.

Disrespectful and Unprofessional Manager
Very poor experience. From the very beginning, the manager’s attitude was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. As a foreign guest, I felt there was no patience or willingness to help me understand the information I needed. The manager was arrogant, and when I tried to express my discomfort, the situation only became worse. I did not feel welcomed or treated with the basic respect that any guest deserves. I would not stay here again.

Excellent support for those who love sea life
Very particular hotel in its structure which consists of only one floor (in a 4-storey building) and an annex 50 meters further. Private parking very convenient, Bike Service included, beach with umbrella and deckchairs included. Great price, breakfast in the norm, does not vary as elsewhere but there is everything and even more than one would normally eat.
Very courteous staff and there is also a small fitness room for physical activity, free for customers.
Bathroom a bit small but mostly for a Nineties style layout, while the room is quite large. Too bad for the total lack of soundproofing of the rooms: you hear virtually any speech and any noise.
The sea is 100 meters away and at night you sleep well (I recommend, however, to bring the pillow because those that are there may not be particularly comfortable.
Minibar and a coffee table complete the decor. Also beautiful is the sitting room on the floor where you can stop to read, do something on the computer or relax.
Unfortunately, there is no balcony or wires for hanging towels and costumes, but it is also true that the same problem is also for other hotels. Considering that you are 100 meters from the sea, a solution should perhaps be found, perhaps even providing a couple of coin-operated dryers.

On the sea in the center
In addition to the strategic location, the owner Claudio with his wife and daughter Valeria offer a Welcoming of yesteryear. Always ready to meet the requests of their guests, including cats, in fact my choice to contact the property directly, found on google, had also been conditioned by the possibility of bringing the cat with me. The assigned room had a comfortable and large terrace protected by a well-kept garden directly on the Split seafront and then to the associated bathing establishment,
What else to say, Mitsubishi air conditioner, renovated bathroom and daily cleaning performed perfectly, good breakfast served by friendly and well prepared staff.
Convenient Bike Service included in the offer and not to mention the free indoor parking under the trees, another wonderful convenience given the centrality of the structure.

ALL PERFECT
Everything perfect! A wonderful experience. I stayed with my partner in this hotel which is in a wonderful location, facing the sea and very close to the center.
Comfortable and spotless room equipped with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay also spearhead, very kind and extremely courteous staff.
We were really very good! We will definitely return to this property for more relaxing moments! Thank you so much!
