Terrible experience.

Decidedly negative experience. The facility is in a state of evident decay, with damaged walls and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the unpleasant odor, especially in the hallways, makes the stay even less enjoyable.
The bed was one of the worst aspects: even the slightest movement caused noise, making it practically impossible to rest or sleep peacefully at night.
Considering the amount paid, the quality-price ratio is absolutely unacceptable. The price requested is completely disproportionate to what is actually offered.
I absolutely do not recommend this facility. It is truly absurd that in 2026 such situations still exist. A real shame for hospitality in Italy.

Place for students or young backpackers. The room was a bit dirty (also the bathroom, hairs everywhere), the old carpet just simply disgusting (makes you scared walking bare foot). It has a backpackers flair, for young people to meet OK. Great is the 24/7 open reception. We booked it for a night before driving home after the ferry from our island vacation. My girlfriend was so disgusted by it, she refused to come to dinner with me - that sais it all...

Second time and would come back!

Great location, close to both the old port (aquarium, Galata, city of children) and the train station. Gym, games room, kitchen (shared). Cute and well-kept common areas. Young and friendly staff. Often there is music (even live) and the chance to watch the games. Rooms clean although spartan. Very good breakfast. Secondary definitely but appreciated the aesthetics of the corridors that strikes a lot. Second time we stay, always with baby in tow and confirms a guarantee.

This hotel is very well maintained and the amenities are great! The kitchen, the terrace, the laundry room, the private rooms are big and cozy. The staff is really nice and the location is great!
