La passione nel lavoro, fa la differenza

Sono stato a pranzo oggi 13 dicembre con amici in questo accogliente ristorante. Ma glielo vogliamo fare un grande applauso a questo staff giovane e fantasioso che cucina e serve ottimi piatti accompagnati da grandi vini. Veramente una bellissima e ottima cucina deliziato da un brillante servizio. Tutto ottimo, ravioli al ragù di pecora, culurgiones, tortelli, guancia di vitello, tagliata di bortigalesa... E per finire ottimi dolci... Grazie dell'impegno che mettete nel vostro lavoro per rendere indimenticabile il convivio presso la vostra struttura. Avanti cosi congratulazioni

Small things

I review the hotel, not the restaurant.
The elevator didn't work so we had to go into the restaurant room with the bags, but I think it's a momentary thing, it's not to be considered. In the room I could hear the dishes of the people eating downstairs. In the bathroom there is no chair to place things. The lamp is in one bedside table. Television and air conditioning were present but there were no remote controls. I could hear coughing in the other rooms. These are things that I usually do not consider, but since I had paid the room 90 euros in two people, evidently I had more expectation and maybe it is my fault from this point of view.

Bellissimo pranzo.

In data 31.10.21 mi trovavo a Fonni per svolgere una lezione al corso di Sommelier. Abbiamo colto l'occasione per salutare dei vecchi amici, per passare più tempo assieme ci hanno invitato a pranzo, logicamente il ristorante è stato scelto da loro. Ingresso molto accogliente, spiccava l'attenzione per i vini. Una volta seduti a tavola la ragazza ci ha accolto in maniera molto calorosa, ha portato i menù e la carta dei vini, logicamente il vino l'ho scelto io. Il servizio del vino è stato perfetto, mi ha fatto sentire il tappo ha versato un po' di vino, dopo il mio consenso ha servito le signore e io per ultimo. Complimenti ! è stata veramente brava anche durante tutto il servizio. Non so quanto abbiamo speso, ma in questo circostanze il prezzo è relativo.

Ottimo pranzo

Io ed il mio compagno sia stati a pranzo 2 giorni fa. L' unico posto aperto che abbiamo trovato, in cui tutti si lamentano delle chiusure forzate a causa del covid, erano comunque chiusi. Ci è stato suggerito da alcune persone del posto e ci è andata benissimo. Bel ristorante, piatti ottimi, portate non abbondanti ma giuste. Piatti gustosi, personale gentile, ottima scelta di vini.
È stato un ottimo pranzo. Quando capiteremo ancora qui, torneremo sicuramente.

Qualcosa di unico!

Locale accogliente, personale disponibile e molto professionale. La cucina è qualcosa di veramente eccezionale, un'esperienza che tutti dovrebbero fare. I tortelli con la fonduta di pecorino sono il top
