Avoid at all costs – the worst place we’ve ever stayed
This was, without question, the worst accommodation we’ve ever booked. The listing was completely misleading and bore very little resemblance to what we arrived to.
It was advertised as “private” accommodation, but in reality it was just a bedroom in a shared flat with six rooms. The walls were paper-thin so we could hear every conversation, door closing and movement from other guests. We could also smell cooking and other odours from the shared areas, meaning there was absolutely no sense of privacy or comfort.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bed sheets appeared dirty, there was mould on the walls, and there was even a hole in the ceiling. The photos in the listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the property, which was extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, the external door of our room leading to a shared courtyard didn’t close properly, leaving the property feeling insecure. With multiple flats sharing the courtyard this raised genuine concerns about safety.
We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we made the decision to leave rather than stay the night, completely disrupting the start of our trip. Despite explaining the issues and why we couldn’t remain at the property, we were offered no compensation whatsoever.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and expense at the very beginning of our holiday. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re expecting the accommodation advertised in the listing.

Do not book!!
I did not stay at this establishment; I asked 5 days in advance if it would be possible to change the reservation due to personal reasons, or to create a voucher, or to be refunded if they managed to book with other families, but nothing, I encountered a wall and a lot of ignorance.
I have never encountered such rude and ignorant staff in public.
I also work with clients, and we always try to find a comfortable solution for everyone. My mistake was booking without reading the reviews on Google. Please do not book at this establishment; if something happens that prevents you from going, you will not receive any assistance and will instead face threats of paying non-existent penalties.

It is not an apartment, but a poorly run hostel. BAD EXPERIENCE.
Bad experience from start to finish. The photos and description of the apartment published in the ad were completely false and misleading: what we found on arrival had nothing to do with what was promised. The room, described as “deluxe”, was actually a tiny, cramped and poorly maintained room. The bathroom, which was listed on the site as private, was shared with other rooms, in total violation of what was stated.
Welcoming has been non-existent: no human contact, no willingness to provide assistance. they do not answer messages or phone calls, and to avoid taking responsibility they even went so far as to disable the internet connection. The management is chaotic and unprofessional: to collect the keys they provided us with an incorrect code, preventing us from initial access to the structure.
The most serious situation concerns security: the keys to all the rooms are identical, and while we were in our room a stranger entered using the key to another room. This episode demonstrates a dangerous and totally unacceptable level of management.
In summary, a disastrous experience in every respect. the property is not an apartment as described, but a poorly managed hostel and lacking the promised services. What we saw and experienced not only did not correspond to the images and information on the ad, but also created discomfort and concern for our safety. I would highly advise against anyone booking here.

Nightmare
Deluxe double room, nothing less than a kitchen with a sofa bed, bedside tables are not there, flat screen TV is not there (indeed there is but only in the common area), which is very serious there is no heating.
We asked the host for an explanation and he told us that the one mentioned in the list on the Booking booking referred to an air conditioner in the common area.
